Seismic Retrofit Program – SB1953

SB 306

SB 306 provides a mechanism for hospitals that lack the financial capacity to retrofit Structural Performance Category-1 (SPC-1) buildings by 2013 to, instead, redirect available capital and borrowing capacity to replace those buildings by 2020.
