Initial notices for 2007 calendar year reports will be mailed to Hospitals, Long-term Care Facilities, Primary Care Clinics, Specialty Clinics and Home Health Agencies/Hospices.
November 2007
The audited State Utilization Data Files for 2006 are being posted on the OSHPD Website. The facility types are Hospitals, Long-term Care Facilities, Primary Care Clinics, Specialty Clinics and Home Health Agencies/Hospices. The files are stored in a WinZip format.
March 2007
2006 Annual Utilization Reports for Home Health Agencies/Hospices due March 15, 2007.
February 2007
2006 Annual Utilization Reports for Hospitals, Long-term Care Facilities, Primary Care Clinics and Specialty Clinics due February 15, 2007.
January 2007
All the registered ALIRTS users were notified by e-mail when the 2006 reports are available for submission.
