2009 Annual Utilization Reports for Hospitals, Long-term Care Facilities, Primary Care Clinics and Specialty Clinics due February 16, 2010.

All the registered ALIRTS users will be notified by e-mail when the 2009 reports are available for submission.
December 2009
Initial notices for 2009 calendar year reports will be mailed to Hospitals, Long-term Care Facilities, Primary Care Clinics, Specialty Clinics and Home Health Agencies/Hospices.
October 2009
The audited State Utilization Data Files for 2008 were being posted on the OSHPD Website. The facility types are Hospitals, Long-term Care Facilities, Primary Care Clinics, Specialty Clinics and Home Health Agencies/Hospices. The files are stored in the Excel format.
March 2009

February 2009
