Healthcare Information Division - California Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Outcomes Reporting Program (CCORP) Data Collection
Data Collection
CCORP Data Collection Team processes approximately 25,000 CABG records per year.
Senate Bill 680, Chapter 898, signed into law on October 14, 2001, requires hospitals to submit semi-annually clinical data for all CABG discharges within 90 days after June 30th and December 31st.
Hospitals are required to submit clinical information using approved STS software, CCORP tool or via in-house software according to CCORP Data Specifications v1.2. The CCORP Data Specifications v2.0 are effective beginning with 2006 discharges.
