Fixed Hospital Equipment Anchorage Pre-Approvals

The Anchorage Pre-Approval Program is under the Program Support Unit within the Division. The Program reviews and pre-approves, as warranted, anchorage equipment to be used in health facility construction. A detailed explanation of the Program, a current Pre-Approval list, an application form to submit anchorage equipment for review, and a memo concerning 2007 CBC and the use of existing Pre-Approvals are found below:

• Listing of Pre-Approved Fixed Hospital Equipment Anchorages
  For projects submitted after November 1, 2002
• Listing of Pre-Approved Fixed Hospital Equipment Anchorages
  For projects submitted prior to November 1, 2002
• Application for Pre-Approval
• 2007 CBC and Use of Existing Pre-Approvals
