Initial notices for 2007 calendar year reports will be mailed to Hospitals, Long-term Care Facilities, Primary Care Clinics, Specialty Clinics and Home Health Agencies/Hospices.
November 2007
The audited State Utilization Data Files for 2006 are being posted on the OSHPD Web site. The facility types are Hospitals, Long-term Care Facilities, Primary Care Clinics, Specialty Clinics and Home Health Agencies/Hospices. The files are stored in a WinZip format.

2002 Annual Utilization Reports for Hospitals, Long-term Care Facilities, Specialty Clinics, Home Health Agencies, and Hospices due October 31, 2003.
Due to the wildfires in Southern California, the due date is postponed and reports will not be considered delinquent until December 1, 2003.
August/September 2003
ALIRTS operational for Hospitals, Long-term Care Facilities, Specialty Clinics, Home Health Agencies, and Hospices for submitting 2002 Annual Utilization Reports.
August 2003
Registration packages mailed to each Hospital, Long-term Care Facility, Specialty Clinic, Home Health Agency and Hospice. These packages contained the ALIRTS Tracking Number needed to obtain the Login ID and password.
May 2003
ALIRTS is taken off line and will be unavailable to Primary Care Clinics. ALIRTS will not be available to Primary Care Clinics again until Fall 2003.
April 2003

Notices sent to Home Health Agencies, Hospices and Specialty Clinics to request feedback for proposed reporting forms.
Notice sent to Primary Care Clinics regarding availability of ALIRTS for 2002 data submittal.
November 2002
November 22 - 2001 reports for Primary Care Clinics were due.
The California Health Data and Public Information Committee was requested to approved the proposed 2002 LTC Facility Annual Utilization Report.
Letter sent to Hospitals regarding ALIRTS
October 2002
October 11 - Long-term Care Facilities were requested to review and comment on proposed 2002 Annual Utilization Report for LTC Facilities. Comment period ends October 31.
September 2002
September 3 - ALIRTS officially became operational for Primary Care Clinics.
September 10 - Hospitals requested to review and comment on proposed 2002 Annual Utilization Report for Hospitals. Comment Period ended September 25.
September 26 - The California Health Data and Public Information Committee approved proposed 2002 Hospital Annual Utilization Report.
August 2002
August 21 - ALIRTS was fully implemented for 2001 reporting, but only those clinics who participated in beta testing process were notified. If no major problems occur, a controlled roll-out will begin.
August 23 - Clinics in the counties of Los Angles and Mendocino were notified that ALIRTS was operational for reporting purposes.
August 30 - All remaining clinics were notified that ALIRTS was operational.
June 2002
June 14 - Registration packages were mailed to each Primary Care Clinic. This contained the ALIRTS Tracking Number needed to obtain the Login ID and password.
June 17 - Primary Care Clinics were able to register on ALIRTS and receive their Login ID and password, but not submit data.
